Category dump for PHP Weby free directory script

site root mean i kept it blank in admin panel - basically i upload under public_html all the files

Site root is where the directory is installed
if dirblogger.com is your primary domain the site root should be in public_html.
if not the site root is in some SUBdirectory of public_html

that is done those files are deleted but couldnt see any categories yet

Upload the files again but do NOT run import.php

this is the site root and i have uploaded all files there but do i need to change setting in admin panel because in manage directory there is site root box which i kept blank do i need amend there anything

Site root in options have nothing to do with this.
Do not change site root in admin panel.
When you were uploading the Directory script files, where did you uploaded them
